Product Managers (multiple) to lead our small, fast-moving product teams

Help a household retail name reinvent the in-store and ecommerce experience for its millions of customers.

About you and what you’ll be helping us with

We’re looking for exceptional product managers with strong product vision and instinct to help deliver incredible retail experiences for our customers. You should be commercially savvy, customer focussed and user experience obsessed. We want you to help us push the boundaries of customer experience in-store and online, and bridge the two while we’re at it.

How you’ll do it

As the intersection between our business, our market, and our customers, our product managers build products that satisfy all three.

  • Know our customers
Our product managers form value propositions and validate them through customer development; learning about customers’ shopping habits and drivers by objectively interviewing them. We also worry about how to reach them, so hands-on experience of various customer acquisition channels (e.g. social media marketing, paid search) is a plus.

  • Know our market
Our product managers know our market, our competition, and our business models. Commercial savviness and a grasp of retail trends is a must, as well as opinions on the on the retail experience of the future.

  • Deliver products
Our product managers roll up their sleeves and make things happen. We expect you to use your product vision and execution instinct to deliver, from scribbling initial wireframes to shipping a product and measuring engagement.

    • We love incredible UX
You should have an eye for frictionless user experiences and know how to create them. You should be obsessed with UX and be able to work with a designer to translate your vision into an effective user interface. We expect you to get real feedback from real users to help mould and evolve your product.

    • We love our developers
You should know how to get the best from your team of developers. A good understanding of the technology stack, devices and how the Internet works is a must.

    • We love data
You should know what things to measure and how to measure them. You should know your retention from your referrals. You should know how to implement and analyse A/B tests. We expect you to iterate and improve based on behaviour and engagement data.

We love product managers who can percolate an ambitious vision down to a minimum, viable product. We heavily encourage building, measuring, learning, and iterating.

Outstanding communication skills are a must for speaking to customers, stakeholders, developers and designers.

We’re looking for exceptional product managers who:

  • Have been delivering transactional products on the web for three or more years
