Duties
– Responsible for the entire product (multiple versions of product, maintenance, etc)
– Interacts directly with the client
– Main purpose is to determine what we’re building, how we’re building it, what it would do, how it’ll do it, etc
– Works with dev team leads, design leads, and Tech leads/PMs to determine path and plan
– Creates and manages roadmaps
– Product advocate
– Creation of User Stories/Acceptance Criteria
– Maintain Change Log
– Sprint Planning Meetings
– Client Sprint Review & Demo Meetings
– Client communication
– Developer consultant
– Layout Design planning & upkeep
– The most knowledgeable person on status updates, what is being built, what should be focused on next
