As a Product Manager at KOR, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the trajectory of our
platform. You will be entrusted with the challenge and opportunity to shape a product that
stands out in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Your insights, backed by both qualitative and
quantitative data, will drive the product’s roadmap, ensuring that we’re always aligned with our
partners’ needs and our strategic objectives

alignment with company goals and market needs.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze quantitative metrics and qualitative feedback to
prioritize product features, improvements, and innovations.
- Market Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging
technologies to identify valuable opportunities and ensure our products remain at the
forefront of the market.
- Strategic Roadmap: Collaborate with stakeholders to create a strategic product
roadmap that prioritizes features and initiatives based on customer value, business
impact, and technical feasibility.
- Agile Product Development: Embrace agile methodologies to deliver value iteratively
and incrementally to customers. Work closely with engineering, design, and other teams
to ensure timely and high-quality product releases.
- Metrics-Driven Decision Making: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and use
data analysis to measure product success, identify areas for improvement, and drive
data-driven decision making.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster effective communication and collaboration
among cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to
ensure alignment and success.

What We’re Looking For:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent working
experience. Advanced degree or MBA is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Product Manager, with a track record of delivering innovative
software products that have made a significant impact.
• Customer Empathy: Ability to combine user-centric thinking with user research and data
to form a deep understanding of user needs.
• Strategic Vision: Experience in crafting product visions and roadmaps that align with
market opportunities and business objectives.
• Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis skills to interpret metrics, identify trends, and make

Pacific Time (PT). As we work to bridge these time zones, we’re seeking a teammate
who can guarantee at least 3 hours of overlap with either CET or PT, while ensuring
