Ask anyone at Mews to describe our culture (and you should), and you’ll get a hundred different versions of the same answer. We’re open. We’re direct but we’re playful. We’re passionate about autonomy and working towards goals.

Many companies roll out the cliché of being like a family, but we prefer to think of Mews as a high performing sports team. Everyone in this team has a crucial role to play and everyone’s role is of equal importance. That’s why everyone gets equity in the company, we’ll all win together.

We trust our teams to work in a way that suits them and have a remote friendly environment, but with several offices across Europe, APAC and in north America.
