Senior Product Manager

As a Senior Product Manager, expect your creative, analytical, and leadership skills to be called upon from day one. You’ll work alongside incredibly talented product managers, designers, and engineers to build world-class products that solve our customer’s greatest challenges and transform the way that teams work. This position will report to and work closely with the Chief Product Officer.

Responsibilities:

  • Align business goals with user needs, developing roadmaps for product areas.
  • Lead innovative initiatives to drive significant changes in product KPIs.
  • Collaborate with engineering managers and designers to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Analyze data and insights to address business challenges and enhance the overall user experience.
  • Conduct market research and gather user feedback for product innovation opportunities.
  • Monitor product metrics, conduct A/B tests, and iterate on features for optimal user experiences.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to drive product innovation.
  • Contribute to the improvement of product management processes.

Day-to-Day:

  • Review and assess new ideas, leading projects through exploration to implementation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine projects and create detailed specifications.
  • Work closely with customers and teams to review feedback and align with business objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for product improvement and enhance data-driven decision-making.
  • Define product marketing communication objectives.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience designing and shipping complex products.
  • Proven ability to drive results through collaboration across teams.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical details clearly.
  • Metrics-driven mindset and proficiency in SQL.
  • Experience in SaaS products (preferred).
  • Familiarity with tools like Productboard, Amplitude, Jira (preferred).
