The Opportunity
We are currently looking for a Business Group Director (Seating) to join our team in Holland, MI.

This role transcends the typical expectations of product management; it represents a transformative journey within Haworth’s outstanding seating and ergonomic work tools portfolio. What You’ll Do:

Innovate and Lead: As the Business Group Director you are tasked with creating a compelling value proposition for your products, while best positioning through Marketing and Sales to drive revenue and profitability.
Holistic Approach: This role is about more than just product management; it’s about seamlessly integrating marketing, merchandising, and ecommerce to create a cohesive and powerful strategy that bridges sales and marketing efforts.
Entrepreneurial Spirit: We need someone with an entrepreneurial spirit, ready to take ownership and lead initiatives that elevate our seating portfolio to new heights.
Proven Leadership: You have a track record of strong, innovative leadership, with experience in marketing, merchandising, and ecommerce.
Strategic Vision: Your ability to think creatively and strategically will be key in driving the success of our seating portfolio.
Change Agent: You’re not afraid to challenge the status quo and drive positive change throughout the organization.
Degree and Experience: A degree in a relevant field and experience that aligns with the demands of this dynamic role.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing
Eight years of demonstrated successful product development and/or corporate marketing staff experience
Broad knowledge of marketing, sales, product planning, project management, finance, engineering, and manufacturing processes
Five years of supervisory/leadership experience
