Senior Product Manager, WorkTripp

Full-Time Remote Closes: 2024-03-31

Senior Product Manager, Start Up

Location: EU (flexible, remote, meet quarterly)

Hi! We are WorkTripp. Our vision is for every team to reach its potential through a sustainable cycle of work designed for purpose, people, planet and profit. 🌿

Research shows 85% of employees are disengaged at work – we can do so much better. We help distributed teams to access the best of being together and the best of being apart. By measuring the impact of in-person team connection, we help operational leaders to create and sustain the conditions for productive, high-performing teams.

Now in our second active year, we are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team as a first employee in 2Q24/3Q234, and help us become the category-leader for the world’s best distributed teams by designing, building and shipping our subscription product to deliver the company’s vision and strategy.

About Us
WorkTripp is an early-stage and female-founded platform business, trade-marked in the United Kingdom.

We are a B2B SaaS tool for leaders of distributed teams, to sustain year-round connection and performance. We make it easy for our customers to plan, book and measure offsites as part of their distributed cycle of work, and also reward actions that create the operationally-excellent conditions for team success.

WorkTripp fine tunes to the needs of each team, based on their size, scale and sector offering up pitch-perfect recommendations and guidance to sustain year-round connection and success.

Currently, we offer two products:

  • First, a B2B marketplace of the world’s best offsite designers (curated venues, executive coaches and facilitators in over 10 countries). Our customers tell us their business objectives (most commonly: connection and belonging; communication and productivity; and planning and looking ahead) and our marketplace intelligently matches them to the right delivery partners.
  • Second, our subscription service maps recommended programming, and measurement against these business objectives so that customers can easily personalise programmes for their teams, and send surveys to create dashboards of impact against productivity and talent retention and recommend next steps.
The value proposition of WorkTripp for our customers is to increase team productivity by establishing high-impact year-round connection for distributed teams, driving value of £700k annually.

In simple terms for WorkTripp, our secret sauce is around sustaining and measuring team connection, where others focus on logistics and time saving only.

A new model of work is emerging. One that we can scale, backed by science.

We turn the science of high-performing teams into simple, actionable guidance for leaders to connect their teams.
