Badoo is looking for an outstanding Product Manager to join our team, focused on A/B testing. You will drive the optimisation vision and roadmap, facilitating the A/B testing process from test design, test setup to evaluation stage, and play a key role in delivering the best experience for our users.
RESPONSIBILITIES/JOB ROLE
- Leverage technical acumen to effectively partner with engineering teams to rapidly deliver high quality tests, and produce winning tests
- Partner with key stakeholders in Marketing, Community Operations, Design and Engineering to drive the A/B testing process and internal tool creation
- Understand Badoo’s strategic and competitive position, and deliver products that are recognised as industry leading
- Share a compelling narrative about what problems our products solve, for whom, and how they are solved. Question user behaviour, and analyse data to find answers
- Identify opportunities, and be able to adapt to change and new information
- Define and analyse metrics that inform the success of products and new features
- Identify Site Optimisation opportunities, analyse business benefit, evaluate ROI and prioritise and negotiate initiatives to develop roadmap
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Strong intellect backed by good product instincts
- Strong knowledge of appropriate product performance metrics, and background in data-driven decision making
- Product management experience within an in-house development environment, being comfortable communicating with engineers
- Demonstrable interest in social discovery/dating industry
- Strong knowledge of A/B testing and tools
- Good SQL knowledge
- Ability to model data from logs to reporting data model
- Experience working on multiple products concurrently desirable
- Ability to break large projects into manageable pieces, prioritising according to value
- University level qualification
