Junior Product Manager

Responsibilities

  • Help decide what we should build:
      • Analyse data and product KPIs to understand users and user behaviour, and measure what works
      • Work alongside colleagues from multiple departments (including marketing, commercial and editorial) to understand business needs
      • Suggest and undertake product discovery techniques to bring users closer to decisions about what we should build, and validate the solutions promising best product-market-fit
      • Articulate the business/customer value behind each initiative, own the value proposition for your users and act as the domain expert and voice of the user
  • Coordinate product delivery:
      • Continuously prioritise solutions which deliver the most impact for the business
      • Work closely with our UX/UI design team to define user journeys & ideate / wireframe new features
      • Distil initiatives into units of work for the development team, with great user stories and definition
      • Collaborate with Engineers and Designers during development to deliver continuous releases via agile sprints
      • Manage communication to ensure stakeholders are well informed about your projects
  • Ensure quality:
    • Ensure solutions meet the required level of quality alongside our QA team

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Experience must include:

  • 1 year minimum product management experience
  • Obsessed by users and delivering value
  • Able to identify and prioritise future development tasks
  • Able to work with multiple stakeholders / teams
  • Experience creating visual examples of simple and intuitive user interfaces
  • Working with a development team to deliver websites or applications
  • Working within an agile development environment
  • Fashion industry or subscriptions/SAAS product experience a benefit, but not required.

Skills we would like you to have:
