Gubagoo is the fastest growing provider of lead conversion and customer communication solutions for automotive dealers. We are looking for a dynamic and passionate individual to help steward our products to excellence. Our core mission is to make it easier for customers to interact with dealerships, and build advanced tech solutions for the dealerships of the future. As product manager, you will work collaboratively with a team of engineers and designers to create transformative applications for consumers and automotive dealers. You will use customer feedback and relevant data to understand what product features and strategies we should focus on, and communicate initiatives to the rest of the organization. You will immerse yourself in our applications to ensure that our products are producing positive outcomes.
What you’ll be doing
- Join a cross-functional team to create meaningful product features for our customer facing applications
- Manage the product roadmap for this team
- Facilitate a strong product discovery process around understanding stakeholder needs, business and user applications, and constantly validating hypotheses
- Work closely with our engineering team to better define, implement and iterate on solutions together
- Seek to deeply understand the relationship between automotive dealerships and their consumers, clearly define and prioritize product challenges and opportunities to ensure we are working on the right things at the right time
- Build strong relationships across the company, and communicate product development progression to other departments within the company
What we’re looking for
- Degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Business, or UX Design
- 2-4 years of professional experience as a product manager
- Comfortable working in unknown problem spaces and on research problems with long term outcomes
- Excellent leadership and communications skills, with experience managing a variety of stakeholders
- Natural curiosity with a thirst to validate assumptions with data, insight and peer discussions to inform yourself better
- Experience with mobile and web technology
