Mighty’s market-leading B2B software, MightyOS, is an all-in-one core system designed to manage the entire legal and/or medical funding process. In addition, through its new $105M fund of funders, Mighty Capital, we provide tailored capital and cash flow solutions to customers using the Mighty software.
The Role:
We’re looking for a visionary head of product to lead product development and join the two founders in setting and executing the overall company strategy. The ideal candidate possesses outstanding intellectual horsepower, superlative communication skills, and the ability to excel in high-level business and product strategy and the desire to still get his or her hands dirty.

You’re in the 90th percentile when it comes to:

In this job you will:

    • Report to the CEO, and work to develop the company’s overall business and product strategy
    • Lead the product team by managing, mentoring, and hiring
    • On technology products, work with your counterpart on the Engineering team to cohesively devise and deliver world-class software
    • Understand product lifecycle and own Mighty’s product roadmap
    • Regularly interact with customers to pull key insights
    • Drive product development, ship features, analyze effectiveness, and iterate quickly
    • Define methods and metrics for measuring successes and failures

Requirements:

    • 6+ years problem solving experience, with at least 3+ of Product Management
    • A demonstrated record of success with data analysis, validated learnings, and research into successful products
    • Experience with multiple industry verticals and multiple product portfolios
    • Made a meaningful impact in early-stage startups
    • A solid understanding of the fundamentals of enterprise product management
    • Have demonstrated technical ability even if you haven’t yourself been a software engineering (but if you have, that’s a big plus)
