  • Lead, coach and develop a team of integration executives
  • Be the central contact for the integration and continuous management of the data feeds of e-commerce stores into our affiliate software
  • Manage integration relationships with our merchants and their technical teams
  • Ensure correct set-up of processes for tracking data
  • Support the sales and account management teams in pre-sales engagements by providing technical background knowledge and propose analysis to drive conversion
  • Oversee the quality of the provided data in collaboration with our development team
  • Keep operations running smoothly, create and coordinate emergency plans, establish first points of contact and organize post-mortem learning sessions
  • Foster an environment of knowledge sharing, identify knowledge gaps, silos and potential conflicts and take full ownership of the well-being and morale of the team
  • Enable the team to incrementally deliver results on a weekly basis, highlight process bottlenecks and potential to optimize the teams’ productivity


  • Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Business, Information Systems or a related subject
  • Basic HTML knowledge and working with APIs in addition to XML and CSV
  • Positive, go-to attitude, and the ability to quickly learn new technologies
  • Excellent communication skills and presentation skills in front of customers and internal clients
  • Extremely structured and detail-oriented when it comes to problem solving
  • Strong drive to find, analyze and solve problems
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, primarily Excel and Word
  • First contact with affiliate network software is a plus
