We’re looking for an entrepreneurial Product Optimisation Manager to drive continuous improvement of the customer experience at Ocado.com.
As part of the Product Management team you will be the heart and soul of the customer in the organisation. Your role will be to lead a fast paced testing programme and you will be delighted as you achieve step changes in conversion rates.
You will be quick to identify opportunities for A/B or multivariate testing and work closely with the product, design and multiple development teams to start new trials, provide unique insights, and make recommendations to maximise conversion.
Your successes will be implemented across our website, mobile apps and mobile site to make shopping at Ocado even easier for hundreds of thousands of customers.
Roles & Responsibilities include:
*Develop and own the testing programme to improve customer and product conversion
*Work closely with the Product Management team, using analysis and data, to prioritise the overall programme
*Work closely with the user experience and development teams to get new tests and iterations live
*Continuously innovate, thinking of new ways to improve user journeys
*Quickly interpret results, draw unique insights and clear recommendations for change
*Clearly communicate results to the rest of the team, including regular updates to the Director of Retail
*Conduct user testing/research to generate hypothesis for new tests
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
*Previous experience of conversion optimisation and A/B testing preferred
*Strong analytical background
*Strong commercial awareness and an experience in a fast paced role
