This role sits within the TapClicks Integration Product Group and will act as a liaison between external clients and partners as well as internal organizations. The Integration Product Group is responsible for product connectors that bring in data from over 170 third party data sources to a single unified reporting dashboard.As Product Analyst in the Integration Product Group, this individual will work closely with the Director of Data Integration in regards to ongoing enhancements and maintenance tasks for the existing data connector set. This individual will not only work with internal Sales, Accounts, and Support departments but will also be required to connect with clients directly to ensure that an enhancement will meet expectations.He/she should have a demonstrated ability to think strategically and analytically about business, product, and technical challenges, with the ability to convey complex deliverables in a easy to understand manner. A keen sense of ownership, drive, and scrappiness is a must.As a team player, this individual would also step up to assist other team members across departments when the need arises. This might include quality assurance and testing, technical support, onboarding of new clients, and sales support. Over time, qualified candidates who fill this position will be seen as subject matter experts and will be offered opportunities to take on additional responsibilities in regards to brand new product connectors as well as full product lines. The role of the Product Analyst will include but is not limited to
- Scoping enhancement requests and new product features as they relate to the Integration Group
- Reviewing data delivery methods (API Documentation, sample .csv, .tsv files, etc.) to see if requirements can be met or if the third party data provider needs to update anything on their side
- Maintaining organized records across clients and prospects that have requested certain projects along with key information
- Managing maintenance and enhancement projects including communication as to the status of those projects
- Requirements gathering and drafting product requirements documents and / or Jira tickets
- Requirements presentations for proposed features to internal teams as well as requesting clients
- Responding to and unblocking engineering team members when questions arise during the development process
- Training of internal teams in regards to delivered product sets
- Drafting release notes
- Competitive market research
- Testing of new product features and supporting other team members across departments as necessary
The Ideal Candidate Will Have The Following Qualifications
- At least 3 years professional experience, preferably in a related position
- At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field of study
- Marketing and / or Ad Operations experience preferred, but not required
