DESCRIPTION
At Charlotte Tilbury we want to enable our customers and colleagues with the most seamless tech experiences possible, whether that’s employee training or our award-winning ‘magic mirror’ AR tech. We’re looking for a product manager who can work with internal development & design teams to build a custom and unique tech stack to enable our instore teams, and delight our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pro-actively maintain knowledge of innovative technology developments relevant to instore ‘clicks and bricks’ operations across retail & specifically beauty
- Develop close relationships with instore staff, representing their needs & creativity to the technology function
- Develop and maintain a product strategy and vision
- Translate product strategy into a product roadmap, identifying and generating new ideas that grow market share, drive commercial and business value and improve customer experience
- Work closely with architects and development teams to understand the technology enablers/constraints for new product ideas
- Through interactions with the rest of the product owners, create seamless online and offline user journeys
- Describe requirements though user stories, journeys & process maps in sufficient depth and detail for development teams
- Overall responsibility for the budget and P&L for your products
REQUIREMENTS
To be successful in this role you will:
- Love building beautiful, cool technology
- Have excellent product management knowledge and proven success in delivering innovative B2C & B2B digital products
- Have experience developing digital products end to end in an agile environment
- Good strategic mind set and be able to think of the bigger picture as well as short term goals
- Exceptional communication skills across all levels within a large, matrixed business.
- You should also have experience of working with 3rd parties and external partners
- Strong experience of inputting on business cases and experience of working with finance to achieve ROI goals
