Marketing Technology Product Owner


At Charlotte Tilbury we want to be at the forefront of beauty tech, we’re kicking off an enormous investment in our technology teams, rebuilding our core tech stack and investigating aspirational AR & AI technology. We’re looking for a product manager who can work with our eCommerce team to build a best-in-class tech stack of tools so that customers have the most personalised and valuable relationship with Charlotte Tilbury possible.

We need a smart, technical person passionate about our brand who can enable our ecommerce managers with tooling for:

  • CRM
  • Email
  • Data Analysis
  • Advocacy & loyalty

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be at the forefront of industry innovations and trends
  • Manage a portfolio of third party providers
  • Chair frequent creative sessions with relevant stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain & communicate product strategy and vision
  • Prototype & guerrilla test alongside the UX function to rapidly validate new ideas
  • Work closely with architects and development teams to understand the technology enablers/constraints for new product ideas
  • Describe requirements though user stories, journeys & process maps in sufficient depth and detail for development teams
  • Overall responsibility for the budget and P&L for your products

  • Have experience developing digital products end to end in an agile environment

  • Exceptional communication skills across all levels within a large, matrixed business
  • You should also have experience of working with 3rd parties and external partners
  • Strong experience of inputting on business cases and experience of working with finance to achieve ROI goals
