What to expect

- Work closely with our Venture Architects and Entrepreneurs-in-Residence to bring to life new products for our clients or ourselves
- Work closely with remote engineering teams and UI/UX designers to deliver features with quick time-to-market and optimal resources
- Manage and prioritize product backlog
- Lead SCRUM/KANBAN meetings including daily stand-ups, retrospectives and demos
- Clarify requirements, answer questions of developers and write detailed user stories
REQUIREMENTS
- Passion for building products that customers love
- Proven work experience in product management and agile methodologies (2+ years)
- Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
- Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
- Strong problem solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done
- Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams and managing different stakeholders’ expectations
- Stress resistance and ability to keep calm in turbulent, time-critical situations
- Highly structured, thorough working style and getting-things-done attitude
- Fluency in English and German with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- MS/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent preferred
