Product Manager B2B

Here is what your job will look like:


As a Product Manager B2B, your main responsibility is to act as a product owner/leader for our B2B clients, schools and employers. Your role is to improve existing features as well as define, implement and monitor the necessary new features to support Hosco’s vision.

You will lead all the necessary research to back up your decisions, coordinate with design and tech team for the development and communicate the product updates with the rest of the teams. You will also lead the internal systems/operations improvements and communicate with internal teams accordingly.

The position will require you to:

  •  Act as the connective and synchronized link between the B2B customer oriented teams, management and the tech team, to refine the B2B products (employers and schools) and their feature set (HR software solutions for recruiters, employer branding solutions for corporate employers and career/alumni solutions for schools)
  • Lead research/benchmark efforts to improve B2B products and features
  • Be in contact with Hosco’s B2B user types (employers, schools) and conduct studies to identify potential new features to the products but also demonstrate creativity skills and bring original innovative features which no one might have thought about
  • Analyse user behaviour, produce reports in various forms and use data in product design
  • Identify and think through issues (project dependencies, blockers, risks) and opportunities, making sure the right people have the necessary information to reach a solution, and working with those people to resolve those issues
  • Lead discussions with B2B users regarding complex setups and implementation plans
  • Lead discussions with internal team leaders to improve internal operations, leading to higher efficiency
  • Maintaining a centralized overview of project status/progress and giving active participants (designers, developers) and internal audiences (teammates, internal stakeholders) an up-to-date, clear view of where things stand
  • Create, maintain and prioritize the product backlog according to business value, integration dependencies and development complexity

  •  2+ years in a product manager/owner role
  • Excellent english communication skills
  • Analytical mind with ability to identify and process ideas and opinions independently and summarize them for proposals to stakeholders
  • Strong focus on delivery: building products from concept to market
  • Experience in supporting mobile product conceptualization
  • Excellent organizational skills and demonstrated ability to work independently
  • Team player
  • Good at prioritization and expert in managing deadlines
  • Expert in Data analytics and familiar with tools such as Google Analytics
  • Proactive and hands-on approach
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies (scrum/kanban)
  • Obsessed with user experience and strong attention to detail
  • Can create wireframes and define projects in a comprehensive manner
  • Strong technical communication skills
