Product Manager

The Blogger Programme (TBP) is a new platform for brands and agencies to connect and collaborate with bloggers across a variety of genres. With over 37,000 registered bloggers from UK, Europe, USA and Australia, it is fast becoming the industry tool to manage and coordinate blogger outreach. By collaborating with bloggers, brands can reach new audiences through these trusted influencer’s social posts, videos and reviews. Our platform provides all the tools you need to facilitate these influencer marketing campaigns from beginning to end.

The kind of deliverables you can expect in this role:

  • You’ll be responsible for managing a scrum team whilst helping with quality assurance
  • Working with CEO and CTO on a daily basis advising them on practical and technical decisions
  • Liaise with UX for redesign of the platform
  • You’ll be the person organising and structuring daily/weekly deliverables for the product; working in cohension with the CTO for techical delivery
  •  you’ll be solely responsible for creating strategies and roadmaps based on the vision

Our provisional checklist for experience, knowledge and being product-savvy is as follows:

  • you will have experience in creating and managing product strategies, roadmaps, project plans and product specifications
  • we’d like you to have strong organisational skills and be a positive and proactive communicator
  • from a tech-perspective, if you have experience with SaaS product design, this would be a bonus, although it’s not essential to us
  • you have to be passionate about great user experience and design
  • a solid understanding of all aspects of the product development lifecycle, including UE design, engineering, QA and launch
  • we would like you to have experience of designing and building great user experiences on both the web and mobile devices
  • you will be able to prioritise and create detailed product specifications to be used in written specifications, user-experience (UE) generated deliverables such as prototypes, wireframes and design and copy documents
  • in your previous roles you will have owned the product’s user experience and features and be you will have been responsible for outlining product prototypes and mock-ups
