This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced product manager to help Comic Relief develop the systems and technical capability to match our awesome fundraising powers. We’re building a new user and delivery focused product management team – and need a prioritisation beast to own the business requirements for a range of transactional products based on Open Source technologies.
Your priorities will be to:
• help integrate product management into the delivery of all our technology;
• ensure the end user and business value is the focus of all web system deliverables;
• define, measure and communicate our business value;
• help establish a culture of data driven decision making;
• champion agile principles both within the team and across the technology department.
You will be:
• an experienced commercial product manager – you know how to deliver complex software projects where performance is critical;
• used to working in an organisation known for best practice – you know what good looks like and how not to do things;
• a problem solver whose technical knowledge includes Jira, Grasshopper, Kanban and PCI Compliant payment systems;
• proactive – you’re up to date with the latest product management trends;
• passionate about all things product – you’re always looking for better ways to do things;
• a strong completer-finisher – organised and driven to see things through to the end.
