Your work will help ensure that our digital experiences support the College Strategy and enhance Imperial’s reputation.
Duties and responsibilities
You will be responsible for managing the product roadmaps for the suite of corporate-level websites, mobile apps, and other digital communications tools intended for the College’s largest audience groups. As the Product Manager your approach will support a user-focused culture, and you will be responsible for ensuring excellence in the College’s digital experiences. This role requires you to manage user research and acceptance testing activities, ensuring quality control procedures are in place, as well as monitoring and reporting on performance metrics.
You will use your knowledge of digital design and development techniques to own and develop the vision for digital communications services, help set the College’s user experience standards, and provide direction for committed and talented multi-disciplinary teams across the organisation.
A high level of tact and diplomacy is required for this role which includes significant contact with senior staff across central services divisions and academic departments. You will need to prioritise conflicting requests and priorities, achieving this by ensuring initiatives align with the College’s strategic objectives and the needs of our audiences.
