We want to appoint a highly motivated and accomplished Product Owner who will share our vision – and our passion. You will be tasked with creating innovative new products and features to help match the UK workforce with jobs in the most effective way possible, and therefore make a real difference to millions of peoples’ lives.

From creating high class product strategies, drawn together from market opportunities and customer insight, through to working effectively with the scrum teams, you will be obsessed with the product and providing the best service and functionality to meet customer and business needs.

•GCSE Maths and English or equivalent (grade C or above)
•Degree qualified
•Certified Scrum Product Owner desirable

Knowledge and Experience

•Proven track record in delivery successful online products
•Well versed in motivating and collaborating with cross functional teams to deliver exceptional products
•Able to effectively prioritise, multi-task and work hand in hand with the technology team
•Experience in an Agile digital environment as product owner
•Experience using a number of effective tools for discovering customer needs
•Outstanding communication and critical thinking skills
•Excellent stakeholder management
•Attention to detail and integrity, with an inability to accept the status quo
•A passion for product with a strong visionary outlook always looking for the next opportunity to change people’s careers
