Care Quality Commission
As a product manager, you’ll be part of a team responsible for the design, delivery and maintenance of the Care Quality Commission (CQC) website and its other digital services. Liaising with your CQC colleagues and its customers you’ll be required to understand the organisation’s ever changing digital needs. Working with graphic designers and developers you’ll design, build and test products to meet these needs. Managing these new products from conception to delivery, you’ll inform stakeholders through each product’s lifecycle. This includes gathering requirements, checking deliverables against business objectives and presenting ideas and progress at delivery meetings.
You’ll be a graduate, or equivalent, who is creative, flexible and committed to creating excellent user experiences. As well as designing digital services for high profile consumer and niche audiences, you’ll have strong digital research and reporting skills. Needless to say you’ll have knowledge of web technologies, SEO and the principles of web design, and be an excellent communicator and a positive team player.
