In the Instant Offers product, Zillow buys homes directly from interested homeowners, thereby sparing them the tremendous stress and effort of selling. Instead, we take that upon ourselves by quickly preparing these homes for the market and re-selling them. This is a key initiative at Zillow, and a big part of defining the future of real estate.
We are looking for a Director of Product Marketing Manager to lead the cross-functional teams responsible for launching and scaling this Instant Offers product. The Director of PMM is responsible for partnering with Product, Brand, Marketing channels and Operations to develop and execute integrated launch plans — including generating insights to inform outreach strategies and programs, positioning, messaging, and creative assets.
Success in this role means leading the team to develop breakthrough marketing initiatives that connects Zillow’s consumer audience to the Zillow Instant Offer product — helping people see the benefits, inspires them to try, and excites them to tell their friends and family.
