As Product Manager Display you need to understand Scout’s strategic and competitive position and deliver products that are recognized best in the industry. You will develop and execute a clear  international mobile advertising strategy, including app monetization with a scalable product offering that leverages both direct and programmatic channels. Of course, you only will achieve this with a great and dedicated team that is looking forward to meet you.

Responsibilities and goals you own:

  • Establish the right balance of SSPs to achieve optimal yield in-app
  • Manage ad placement viewability to drive higher CPMs
  • Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative products
  • Educate Sales on developments and opportunities in the market
  • Support Sales in agency and customer visits and onboarding of ad managers with respect to all mobile, native, video and rich media formats
  • Work closely with Ad Tech and Ad Ops teams to deliver features that meet our standards of simplicity and quality
  • Responsible for all elements of the ‘Marketing Mix’ for your products
  • Define and analyze metrics that track the success of products

Who will love this job: 

  • 5+ years’ experience in online/mobile product management with a proven track record of successful projects
  • Understands the mechanics of digital marketplaces, understand modern best practices of digital businesses, and can identify emerging trends in the market
  • Passionate about building customer-centric products and intuitive user experiences
  • Is able to inspire designers and engineers with thought-provoking ideas and ambitious objectives
  • Possesses strong decision making and prioritization skills
  • Has experience overseeing and managing complex projects. Has effective time-management skills
  • Is a flexible and fast learner and has the ability to communicate efficiently and effectively across all levels of the Scout24 organization
  • Fluency in German and English is  a must
