Product Manager Community Portal (f/m)

As a Product Manager of the NavVis Community Portal you will shape the core experience around how our customers interact with the NavVis ecosystem. The NavVis Portal is the central service, knowledge and community platform for our global network of customers and partners. Our vision is to ensure the Portal is the central point of contact with NavVis, its products and its community along the whole customer journey.

As a Product Manager of the NavVis Portal you will work on bringing this vision to life by crafting product strategy, helping innovate, owning the ideation, and launching user-centered features. You collaborate in a scrum/agile environment and work with a smart interdisciplinary team to unlock the potential of NavVis’ ecosystem. Your challenge is to integrate several different applications in one platform cooperating with other Product Managers across teams. You bring a strong background in interaction design and the ability to design a platform with a coherent user experience for a variety of user types in different stages of their customer journey.

 

YOU WILL WORK ON:

  • Identifying customer needs, bringing the insights into a cross functional team, and owning the development of functionality to meet those customer needs
  • Translating strategic initiatives into actionable features, leading product innovation from ideation to launch
  • Managing the day to day product development by prioritizing bugs, enhancements and new features
  • Prototyping & coordinating internal and external user research
  • Ensuring that all different applications running on the Portal align and allow for a consistent user experience
  • Setting the long-term strategic direction for the Portal in cooperation with key stakeholders
  • Communicating and championing the Portal strategy to your team and throughout the organization
  • Being the voice of your product by collaborating across the organization including with other product managers and content providers such as marketing and user education
  • Analyzing product success via KPIs driving a “data-first” culture across NavVis

YOU HAVE:

  • 2+ years of relevant practical experience in a product management role for a design-driven product or an interaction design role
  • A strong academic or practical background in interaction design for web experiences
  • A good sense for clean visual & human-centered design
  • The ability to understand the technical architecture of web products
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • A data-driven mindset with a broad experience in user research and product validation
  • Experience in working in an agile/scrum team environment
  • The strong ability to get things done and to drive change
  • Business-fluency in English with very strong oral and written communication skills
