We are looking for an experienced Digital Product Manager, to sit in our talented, ecommerce team of seven and reporting directly in to the SVP, Ecommerce. We will click with an individual who is obsessive about creating an exceptional customer experience and pushing the boundaries to deliver digital products that our customers love, nearly as much as their favourite Zero Gravity legging! You use data and customer insight to make smart, commercial decisions, which (ultimately) benefit business growth, but always keeps our customer at the heart of what you do.
On your SB journey you will have responsibility for:
- Leading the development roadmap for our customer facing digital products globally (website and app) to support strategic goals, business growth whilst meeting customer needs
- Collaborating across the business teams to identify, define and prioritise business and customer requirements
- Using data and customer insight to inform your decisions, defining key metrics and measuring success
- Working with our IT team and technology partners to successfully deliver regular updates to our digital products, constantly improving the experience of our customers and performance through the channel
- Proactively seeking improvements in the ways of working across the business and vendors and championing change to deliver results
Must Haves
- At least 5 years of experience as a digital product manager in a retailer or customer facing brand
- Demonstrate experience of end to end product ownership, through the full development lifecycle – define, design, develop and deliver
- Analytical and data driven, with experience of using analytics platforms
- A customer champion, ensuring user experience is always a priority through user research, insight and testing
- Solid technical understanding, you need to be comfortable having technical conversations, working with multiple development teams and understand the possibilities of online technologies
- A great communicator, able to bridge the business and technology teams
- A natural passion for and understanding of new technologies and consumer trends
- Creative, analytical and pragmatic – a problem solver, able to balance different needs and make decisions on behalf of the customer and business
