Product Owner

Since 2016 our vision is to help the leisure and lodging industry to take back their customers and increase their direct revenue . Our platform is built to continuously optimize and improve the customer experience and journey.

In order to further execute this vision, we need a talented product owner who can work effectively across all disciplines to build, launch, and iterate. Success in this role means building a product that is used by millions where you are responsible for shaping the vision, direction, and process to make that happen. The ideal candidate is a constant learner, has a honed intuition, and the analytical prowess to support your intuition with data.


-Drive product direction and strategy.
-Own the product roadmap, objectives and KPIs.
-Define and execute go-to-market plans /strategies.
-Conduct A/B tests and lead data analysis.
-Understand user needs and behavior.
-Perform market research and competitive analysis.
-Oversee product execution from inception to delivery.

About You:

-A track record of building interesting internet and/or mobile products.
-You have a technical depth that lets you understand and earn the respect of world-class engineers.
-You have an appreciation for design and an ability to work with opinionated designers.
-Exceptionally clear and precise communication skills.
-Strong quantitative background to support data-informed decision making.
-You have an entrepreneurial spirit.
-You are always learning!
-You have experience leading a team, and effectively implementing team goals and deadlines.

We don’t have many rules or forms about the work process, we intermix work and personal time quite a bit (do emails at odd hours, take off afternoons for kids’ games, etc). Our policy is “act in Convious’s best interest”.

You will need to be comfortable working in the most agile of environments. Requirements will be vague, and iterations will be rapid. You will need to be nimble and take smart risks.
