The Product – IPQ

Our core Insurance offering is IPQ, an automated claims auditing system that reduces the volatility of loss reserves and enhances quality assurance processes for large P&C insurers.

The system is based on AltViz’s proprietary voice-to-text algorithm which we have customised specifically for P&C insurance claims.

The system is enterprise grade, can scale to handle teams of any size or volume of claims and can be deployed on-premise so that your data never leaves your secure environment.

The Role

The successful candidate will be directly responsible for the ongoing definition of the product requirements and features for both the proof of concept and production versions of IPQ.

This includes ongoing refinement of the proposition and positioning of the product within the general and commercial insurance sector in the UK. You will be working closely with customers to understand their specific requirements and be able to translate those requirements into concrete deliverables. You will also need to work with the software development in delivering on these requirements.

We are offering a fixed term contract for 12 months based at our headquarters in London and reporting directly to the CEO.
