Senior Product Manager

We’re looking for an accomplished and experienced Senior Product Manager to play a big role in our team!

What you will do:

Design and execute a strategic product roadmap based on data collected from customers, partners and internal teams in such a way that it achieves the business goals

Design features that balance the MVP definition, the requirements gathered from customers’ and market analysis and passion in creation of awesome solutions

Define key metrics for measuring product success

Drive customer growth and existing customers’ retention through a combination of innovation and well planned enhancements

Act as a Scrum Product Owner in highly Agile environment

Work closely with engineers, designers and support specialists to discuss and define solutions considered complete, achievable and maintainable

Collaborate with third-party partners to enable them to develop extensions and integrations with your products

Manage the backlog, incoming feature requests and bug reports

Keep a finger on the pulse of the industry to ensure what we build today is what our customers want to use tomorrow

Build relationships across product lines and functional groups to make sure we are all on the same page

Work on the products with huge and competitive market, addressing the needs of teams from small to enterprise size

What we expect from you:

Minimum 5 years (10+ for Senior) of a relevant experience with at least 3 years (5+ for Senior) previous experience as Software Product Manager / Product Owner / Business Analyst.

Hands-on experience of driving a successful software product from scratch, or delivering multiple major software product releases

Demonstrated success defining and launching successful, customer-valued products

Technical background, with minimum 3 years experience in software development projects

Alternatively: solid experience in business may compensate for the lack of technical experience if you know how to talk to engineers, ask necessary questions and have experience in it

Excellence in written and verbal communication in English

Hands-on experience in Agile methodology

Excellent teamwork and organisational skills

Decision making: ability to prioritise among competing opportunities, balance customer needs with business priorities, and articulate the rationale behind decisions

Attention to detail

BA/BS Computer Science or related technical degree preferred

Familiarity with Cloud technologies preferred

Remuneration:

  • Senior: 25 000 – 34 000 PLN gross per month
  • Principal: 34 000 – 40 000 PLN gross per month
