The Kreditech Group is split into two parts: “Kredi” stands for the subsidiaries operating as financial service providers that issue credit to private individuals. The second part, “tech” is the Hamburg-based tech company – Kreditech Holding – developing banking technology and providing supporting services.

Your Role:
Lead Kreditech’s product strategy development
Build a team to handle market research, competitive analysis, customer feedback review, product definition and priortiy management
Drive a structured, KPI-driven new product and innovation process in line with the vision and strategy of Kreditech
Take responsibility for the conceptual and creative part of the new product process and work in close coordination with product development and engineering
Have a close eye on new opportunities in the fintech space
Join a team of highly passionate creative, product and engineering professionals
Work closely with senior management, marketing and product development with direct reporting lines to the CEO / CTO
Your Profile:
Most importantly: You are interested in new stuff in all areas of your life.
You hold a degree in business administration, computer science or engineering and bring at least 3 years of working experience in product management with best-of-class consumer internet companies
You are very analytical, detailed-oriented and structured with regards to your work
You have good understanding for consumers and for cultural differences across countries
You have strong knowledge of web / mobile product development and at least a basic understanding of the underlying technologies
You are experienced in managing structured research processes and present your findings
You find the right balance between the creative-, technical- and business-aspects of product development
You have experience in managing projects involving various stakeholders
You can identify business-critical KPIs and quickly understand their key drivers
You are experienced in presenting product ideas working with mockup-tools such as balsamic and invision
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Ability to be pro-active with a sense of urgency
Be a self-starter, a highly motivated person able to work in a fast paced environment that is continually changing
Fluent in English and feel comfortable in an international working environment
Nice to have:
Familiarity with Agile development methodology
Familiar with User Experience and Usability
Experienced team manager
