CallDesk rethinks the way customer service can deliver happiness to their clients. We offer an artificial intelligence voicebot that handles almost any repetitive calls in call centers and let human agents focus on high value interactions with the customers.    

Our Story :

CallDesk was co-founded in April 2016 by Vincent Gire and Aimé Dushimire, two serial entrepreneurs. We are already working with major companies like La Poste, MGEN, Bouygues Télécom or SNCF. Our customers use CallDesk to improve their customer service and love our product. We have raised €2.9M with some of Europe’s most experienced VC funds in customer service and SaaS solutions (PointNine Capital and EQT Ventures). We are now a team of 10 talented and ambitious people, excelling at execution and most of all passionate about delivering the  final customers the best experience they have ever known.

Your mission :

Maximize the product value by setting and prioritizing a product vision, product and customer roadmaps and evaluating the work generated by the tech team.

Define the product vision

  • Analyze the market, the product and the customers’ needs
  • Ensure the vision’s communication to each stakeholders
  • Align the vision with CallDesk’s strategy

Implement the vision through customer and product roadmap

  • Document the roadmap (dates, objectives, requirements for functionnality, main features, metrics)
  • Document new features
  • Challenge the roadmap

Guarantee successful delivery

  • Manage the funnel of needs and the backlog
  • Define the details of each user stories associated with Epics
  • Write acceptance criteria and ensure compliance

Motivate the tech team

  • Put in place regular meetings with the tech team to clarify requirements if needed
  • Participate in every important tech meetings
