We are looking for a ITV SVOD Product Manager, growth – (Non-member prospects)to join our collaborative team.
What this role will entail…
ITV has announced it will be launching a new Subscription Video on Demand (SVOD) service for the UK market. Whilst many details remain confidential at this stage this is a major initiative for ITV with a high profile within the company and in the wider UK media landscape. There are opportunities to join the fast growing launch team charged with delivering all aspect of this exciting project.
As the ITV SVOD Growth (Non-member Prospects) Product Manager you will lead the product strategy, ideation, experimentation and delivery of a roadmap of features, experiences and experiments across a variety of devices that result in growing our free trial starts and you will be responsible for the new user experience (NUX) to optimise the conversion to full paid subscription.
Reporting to the Head of product, ITV SVOD you will be…
Some Key Responsibilities:
Launching and lead our onboarding journeys including free trials and other incentive mechanics
Launching on product referral mechanics to increase our reach and working with wider ITV distribution and SVOD business development teams to increase the size of our acquisition funnel
Launching and then experimenting with payment flows, conversion rates and proposition messaging
Innovating on ITV’s payments and billing systems, bringing the right price and package to the right viewer
Driving innovation from ITVs authentication, entitlements and registration system so that we can leverage ITVs enormous digital scale
Working closely with wider ITV advertising networks, consumer products and technologies to drive adoption of ITV SVOD
Examining data and collaborating with data analysts on content targeting strategies and product initiatives
Responsible for our NUX (new user experience) so that first time subscribers hit our tipping points early
The ideal candidate:
An outcome driven approach, we value objective improvement over subjective opinion. We want to know we are shipping value.
Previous subscription business model and product experience
Proven track record and significant Ecommerce conversion optimization experience
A good grasp online marketing
A passion for behavioural economics, choice architectures and human decision making
A deep understanding of the I.P driven TV industry and trends
Many years of hands experience in product methodology married too a scientist approach to growth
Demonstrable expertise in multivariate testing principles and a track record of successful initiatives
Be an experienced communicator of product visions, prototypes, roadmaps and release cycles
We make the biggest new television hits, we have an enormous catalog of past and present hits and an amazing studios business busy making the nations future favourites, and we have huge mass market reach.
