The Product Marketing Manager will be responsible developing strategy, communicating benefits, and enabling the ecosystem around Workday Recruiting and other aspects of Workday HCM. The ideal candidate has a background in Product Marketing, expertise in recruiting technology space, and understanding of the broader HCM landscape. They also have the perfect balance between big picture vision, strong execution and creative problem solving.
This role will be both the strategist and implementer of product positioning and go-to-market strategies to support Workday’s sales and marketing efforts around Recruiting. They will proactively support the field and partner channels with effective positioning, marketing assets, product education, and competitive differentiation.

Work with product management to create core messaging and positioning around current and upcoming product capabilities
Collaborate with internal teams to take new capabilities to market
Create collateral, including white papers, website content, case studies, data sheets and presentations to support communication, demand generation, and sales efforts
Influence customer programs to optimize adoption of current and new product features
Be a strong advocate & evangelist for Workday’s products and services in industry forums/events/conferences, analyst relation activities, etc.
Work with the sales & sales enablement teams to ensure the timely and effective delivery of product and value proposition enablement to the Workday sales team
Support strategic sales activities directly with the sales team, bringing your subject matter expertise, creativity and innovation to sales cycles
Work closely with the customer marketing team to help cultivate customer stories and value testimonials
Build strong relationships across Workday functional and regional teams in order to drive product awareness and adoption
