As an Episerver Director Product Management, you will be responsible for:
- Defining the Cloud and Managed Services vision and roadmap and managing these services throughout their lifecycle. Planning and aligning with the company’s overall strategy and goals
- Gathering market input and prioritizing requirements focusing on the technology personas and buyers
- Working with sales, marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met
- Collaboration with other product and service leaders to ensure other products and services in our portfolio are meeting the needs of the market today and in the future
- Guiding and collaborating with Research and Development and Operations teams to deliver services that technology that people love
- Ensuring an effective commercial model for the services
- Maintaining the Service Descriptions for the services
- Defining the SLA and evaluating performance
