About This Role
At AdaptedMind, we put our users first. Our mission is to deliver the best possible learning experience by blending fun and education in a way that truly engages children. Every decision we make—every feature, every design choice—is guided by how it impacts the learning journey of millions of kids worldwide.
Our Product Managers play a critical role in this mission. We take a highly collaborative approach, working across teams to ensure our products are engaging, effective, and seamless. At the same time, we focus relentlessly on the highest-impact initiatives, prioritizing only what truly moves the needle for our users and our business.
As a Product Manager, you will partner closely with the Design team to shape the vision for our learning experiences and work cross-functionally with engineering, content, and marketing teams to bring that vision to life. Your work will span key priorities across the entire business—from improving acquisition and retention to refining backend systems and designing interactive learning experiences. You will have full-funnel ownership, ensuring every aspect of the product delivers value to our users.
This is a hybrid role, with in-office team days on Wednesdays and Fridays in downtown San Francisco. If you’re passionate about crafting high-quality educational experiences that inspire kids to learn, we’d love to hear from you.
About AdaptedMind
AdaptedMind creates highly engaging educational experiences through web and mobile apps, combining learning with technology to make education fun and effective. We believe that exceptional design, storytelling, and game mechanics can transform the way children learn.
Design is in our DNA—both of our founders are designers, shaping a holistic approach that integrates curriculum, gaming, and technology into a cohesive, delightful experience. Rather than working in isolated teams, we collaborate deeply across disciplines to ensure every product we build feels seamless, engaging, and impactful.
Recently, we expanded our 4.8 ⭐️ rated app globally and launched a new iOS/Android app in 2024. Over the past decade, we’ve reached millions of users, consistently delivering high-quality educational experiences that drive real learning outcomes.
Joining AdaptedMind means becoming part of a mission-driven team dedicated to shaping the future of learning. If you’re looking for an opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working in a fast-moving, collaborative environment, we’d love to hear from you.
