Product Lead

As the Product Lead at Adventr, you’ll be responsible for bringing to market some of the most advanced video creation tools ever built. You’ll oversee existing products as well as own the product roadmap focusing on ease of content creation, high performance, data products and shareability. The role reports directly to the CEO while collaborating with engineers, designers and users to ensure Adventr’s products are seamlessly taken from ideation to successful adoption.


In collaboration with senior leadership, develop a compelling product vision that is built on top of a deep understanding of customer and business needs.
Partner regularly with leadership stakeholders, design, engineering, and other cross-functional partners.
Define and prioritize technical requirements and scoping process with Engineering & Design as well as how we define and monitor failure/success.
Know the user (advertisers), and identify actionable insights to inform product and marketing strategy.
Monitor competition and overall industry to ensure Adventr remains the leader and best in class.
Work with users to understand their pain points, conduct focus groups, and A/B testing.
Assist in hiring and managing Product and Engineering team members.

Where you will have impact:

Develop a deep understanding of our users, customers, and domain, and translate this knowledge into a concrete vision for the Adventr user experience.
Lead ad network compliance for video units, implying proactive management and ensuring adherence to industry standards.
Spearheading the move to enterprise security, suggesting ownership and vision in implementing robust security measures.
Drive the buildout of TV compatibility, showcasing leadership in expanding reach and audience engagement.


6+ years of experience leading and building video product processes.
Hands-on experience with Ads technology and platforms (Google Ad ecosystem, Meta, Xandr)
Strong technical understanding of video software development, ie., video codecs, streaming protocols, SEO, databases, video ad networks, APIs, etc.
Detailed understanding of Machine Learning and AI technologies.
Exposure to CTV environments (Google, FireTV, Roku, Tizen)
Strong technical acumen and ability to effectively manage engineering teams and resources remotely.
Exceptional communication and analytical skills.
