Full-Time London Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 Closes: 2022-10-31

ABOUT THE ROLE

This role lies within our growing platform team and reports to our lead Product Manager, with plenty of head room to grow and to help shape the role.

Our platform team works at the exciting intersection of technology and sustainability with a primary focus on our proprietary sustainability platform. The platform is growing quickly and has the ability to provide a single source of truth for our clients where they can measure and manage their environmental impacts alongside monitoring progress towards social goals.

You will work closely with our sustainability consultants, developers and our clients in this exciting product management role to help build on the initial successes of the team. There’s a bit of everything in this role but the key objectives are:

Champion the platform – increase platform adoption across existing and new clients as well as being an evangelist for what we do internally
Solve the right problems – working with our clients, consultants and data analysts you will help us to continue to understand and clearly articulate the problems we’re trying to solve and discover the right opportunities to work on
Lead a cross-functional team – you will leverage the talents of a cross-functional team to lead on the build out of solutions and deliver against defined metrics for success

 

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

We need an organised self-starter who will own this space and drive the team to successful outcomes. Key skills will include:

Essential

Sustainable – has a passion for the work we do and the difference we are trying to make
Technically minded – can work with complex data models and understand the constraints in which developers operate
Numerate and analytical – at ease with qualitative and quantitative analysis of data
Sprint management – able to effectively manage resources and continuously deliver value
Personal organisation – Great time management and prioritisation skills; comfortable with managing multiple deadlines and priorities
2+ years demonstrable experience of technical product management
Experience of working to agile methodologies
You must be eligible to work in the UK
Highly desirable

Experience of working with Salesforce
A technical degree from the disciplines of Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar
Experience working in sustainability
Previous experience as a developer
