📝 About the job:
As UX and Interaction Designer, you’ll rely on user-centered design methods, partnering directly with the Product Management, Data and Engineering team to create an end-2-end analytics platform. Your mission is to raise the level of product thinking across the organization to create the best product for our users from concept to execution.
🔦 Here’s what you will take care of:
Lead a holistic UX vision that pushes the status quo
Conduct user research and usability studies
Create simple, intuitive product experiences for complex data exploration across data science and machine learning
Establish best practices and guidelines to up level the data visualization skills of the product
Collaborate with product management, data science, engineering and design team to understand to understand their goals and explaining research result
Collaborate with Analytics & Insights team to gain a deep understanding of the audience and their needsStay current with UX, visual design, best practices and front-end technologies
Effectively communicate design decisions to product and leadership teams
🎯 Who we are looking for (please submit your portfolio and CV):
5 – 8 years of design experience
2+ years of DataVis interaction experience working on analytics or data science products
Ability to abstract key data visualization artifacts for our design system
Self-starter with creative problem-solving skills
Great communication skills to clearly articulate your concepts
Experience working in fast pacing continuous delivery environments
Willingness to fail and learn
Effective team player, with experience working across different functions
Passionate mindset with positive intent
🏆 It would be great if you:
Have already designed UI and interactions for analytics/data platform to show and explore data in an easy way
Have a structured approach to the product discovery
Have strong focus on UX and user interaction

You can count on a very open and collaborative environment, share your experience with our Product Community and work side by side with the Engineering, Data and Marketing teams. You will work within a POD dedicated to develop our Analytics platform, with the primary mission of delivering value to our users quickly.
