Cascade Energy provides energy and decarbonization services to industrial and commercial sectors. This product manager will be focused on our Energy Management software, Gazebo (https://gazebo.works/).
The Senior Product Manager will:
- Identify and define market problems through proactive continuous discovery with customers and stakeholders.
- Develop research plans, and collect and synthesize market research, voice of customer research, and competitor research.
- Define and drive a product roadmap, based on business goals, customer discovery, and unique differentiators.
- Collaborate with product leadership to develop and communicate strategic priorities and product vision aligned with Cascade’s mission to forge a thriving, efficient, emissions-free industrial sector.
- Collaborate with small, empowered engineering and design teams using the Product Operating Model as defined by Marty Cagan and the Silicon Valley Product Group.
- Facilitate tough trade-off decisions with engineering and design teams to ship releases that are loved by customers and good for our business.
- Coordinate and influence internal teams including sales, marketing and customer success to build and execute go-to-market strategies, including:
- Develop compelling positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences and differentiates Cascade’s offerings in the market.
- Assess and size markets, including assessment of competition, Cascade’s strength in that market, buyer personas, and our value proposition.
- Coordinate cross-team collaboration on creating and executing go-to-market plans
- Proactively develop sales enablement tools, including presentations, case studies and sales guides
There’s a preference for someone in Portland, Oregon, but remote could be considered for the right candidate. If local, our team generally does hybrid (2 days in office, 3 days remote), which gives time to connect.
