Work with enablement, technical operations, support, and product marketing to ensure customer-facing API-related documentation is always up to date.
Analyse and identify root causes of questions around API to ensure relevant documentation is rectified so that the same questions can be answered via help guides.
Incubate MVP features, initially playing a CS/Support role until those features are rolled out to the wider support team.
A contact person for GTM teams when handling retro-compatibility challenges
Analyse statistics and gather feedback from customers to glean actionable insights that drive our key metrics.
Work directly with clients to build new features, review designs, specs, or MVPs with them, and incorporate that feedback into the backlog to improve customer experience.
Contribute to high-quality requirements. Occasionally this might mean using Figma, diagramming, or wire-framing tools to communicate requirements clearly.
5+ years of experience in a product or strategy/operations role
Experience working directly with customers in a complex B2B environment
Ability to communicate concisely and intelligibly to internal and external stakeholders
Strong organizational skills and ability
Knowledge of APIs with the ability to read and interpret API documentation
Some analytical and query skills
Not required, but a plus:
Experience working in a fast-paced, product-driven tech company
Domain expertise in the HR or accounting/bookkeeping space
Product design and UX skills
