Lead a key product division at Deel
Direct a number or self contained teams reporting to you (each team has their own mix of Product Manager, Designers, FE and BE engineers, QA, analysts and operations according to its purpose)
Own the strategy and architecture, and ultimately accountable for the success of the division
Be able to perform tactical work when needed to unblock your team
Guide and mentor the Product Managers reporting to you
Build industry leading solutions to complex problems in a high dependency environment
Above all – Be part of the journey to redefine a way of working for people all round the world
Performed as a Product Director or equivalent for at least 2 years in a fast pace environment (ideally scale up/start-up)
Previously acted as a Product Manager for minimum 5 years
Be willing and able to be hands on when needed
Strong understanding of Product, Design and Leadership
Driven, collaborative, strong multitask
Preferably based in EMEA or Americas ET
