Salary circa £40k – £60k basic salary, plus bonus potential (suitable package to be tailored to, and agreed with, the right candidate depending on qualifications, experience and individual circumstances)

The Current Picture:

Location Collective are about to launch their new website and have an exciting and stretchy digital product strategy that the Digital Product Manager will take the lead on. This strategy sets out the vision to evolve the newly developed, bespoke, fully integrated CMS/CRM/Enquiry Management System known as J1 (along with the website which syncs with J1).

The Objective:

For J1 to evolve from being focused on enquiry handling to encompassing all aspects of the business, most of which currently operate in isolation from one another. Achieving this will mean the business can deliver an unprecedented level of service to customers and clients, drastically improve user experience within the team internally, and ultimately contribute significantly to continued rapid growth.

Now is the time for an experienced, confident professional to own the future road-map and be the driving force behind delivering the digital product strategy.

Experience Required

  • Extensive proven experience of building technical products and managing product prioritisation and road maps
  • Some level of comfort evaluating technical data and analytics
  • High level of confidence using Google Analytics and all Microsoft Office products
  • An excellent communicator, able to bridge the gap between our business and the tech world, working effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Substantial experience in effectively managing external engineers


  • Any coding and/or web development experience (ideally in Java/Javascript, HTML & CSS)
  • Genuine interest in the film and TV industry
  • Computer Sciences/Web related degree a bonus
