What You’ll Be Doing
As Product Owner at EasyBeam, you’ll be the driving force behind our product strategy, execution, and delivery. You’ll collaborate with developers, designers, and business teams to beam AI into people’s hands—smoothly and effectively.
Own the Product Vision – Define what we build and why we build it, aligning business goals with seamless, intuitive AI integration.
Manage the Backlog – Prioritize features, refine user stories, and ensure sprint execution aligns with company objectives.
Collaborate Across Teams – Work closely with engineers, sales, and customer success to craft a product that truly meets user needs.
Bridge the Gap Between Strategy and Execution – Work with leadership to ensure our product roadmap reflects both big-picture innovation and clear, practical execution.
Lead Agile Development – Plan sprints, define acceptance criteria, and ensure smooth, focused work that delivers real value.
Gather Insights & Iterate – Talk to customers, analyze feedback, and refine features—because great products evolve.
Keep it Simple & Scalable – AI can be complex, but our product shouldn’t be. You’ll make sure EasyBeam stays true to its name.
What We’re Looking For
- A born problem solver – You love turning challenges into clear, actionable solutions.
- Experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role – You’ve worked hands-on in agile environments, balancing business needs with technical execution.
- Strong technical understanding – No need to be an engineer, but you should grasp AI concepts, APIs, and how products are built.
- Excellent communicator & collaborator – You translate ideas into action, aligning teams and keeping momentum high.
User-focused mindset – You advocate for the customer, ensuring our product is delightful, useful, and impactful. - Agile expertise – You understand Scrum, Kanban, and how to keep development running smoothly and effectively.
- A startup mindset – You’re adaptable, proactive, and comfortable wearing multiple hats.
