Join Our Team as Product Lead ! 🚀 You will play will play a pivotal role in driving GiveTree’s mission of leveraging technology for social good. This role focuses on defining and delivering a compelling product vision, guiding an experienced team of Product Managers and Designers, and ensuring the successful development and growth of our products, GiveMatch and Evergive, spanning pre-MVP through to launch and beyond. By collaborating closely with senior leadership and engineering, the Product Lead will ensure our products create meaningful impact while meeting the needs of our users and stakeholders and ensure alignment with our growth strategy.

🏆 What you’ll do:

1. Setting the Vision

  • Define and drive a long-term product roadmap that aligns with GiveTree’s mission.
  • Spot opportunities for innovation and growth in the Tech for Good, SaaS, and Marketplace spaces.

2. Owning the Product Journey

  • Manage the entire product lifecycle, from planning the MVP to launching and iterating.
  • Stay hands-on with the day-to-day, from scoping opportunities and writing epics/tickets to managing sprints and keeping things moving smoothly.

3. Leading the Team

  • Lead and support a small but mighty team (including a seasoned Product Manager and two Senior Product Designers).
  • Work closely with senior leadership to make sure product goals align with the bigger picture.
  • Partner with our Engineering team (currently a fab team of four) to deliver high-quality, scalable products.

4. Putting Users First

  • Be the champion of the customer voice, using their feedback and research to guide development.
  • Measure how our products perform against goals, making sure we’re delivering real value for our users and stakeholders.

👾 Who you are / What you’ll need:

Essential

  • Proven Product Ownership: You’ve seen the full product lifecycle through, from those first spark-of-idea moments to post-launch improvements.
  • Industry Expertise: Experience working in Tech for Good, SaaS, or Marketplace environments.
  • Start-Up Savvy: You’re comfortable navigating the unknowns, shifting priorities, and evolving goals that come with start-up life – and you still deliver.
  • Leadership & Strategy: Strong skills in leading teams and crafting a clear product strategy.
  • Relationship Builder: Skilled at working with Engineering teams and engaging senior stakeholders to keep everyone aligned.
  • Hands-On Problem Solver: You’re happy rolling up your sleeves to tackle challenges and get things moving.
  • Growth-Driven: You spot problems, prioritise solutions, and approach challenges with a view to driving growth.
  • Proactive Approach: You don’t wait for a green light – you seize opportunities and take the lead when it’s needed.
