As a Product Designer, reporting to the Head of Product, you will shape and deliver product experiences that delight users and customers, and advance our mission.

This is a full-time role, but we are open to fractional/part time roles for experienced product designers.

Day to day you might… 

  • Bring both your analytical thinking and creative skills to solve complex problems in an intuitive and easy way for the hospitals, health organisations, radiologists and other clinicians who use our products to ensure accurate and fast diagnoses to patients
  • Active participant in discovery and research to be facile with the complexities of delivering accurate and fast diagnoses of medical imagery, and deeply understand the people who play a part in delivering diagnoses and improving patient outcomes
  • Collaborate closely in the triad of product management and engineering to maximise both quality and speed in shipping product value in alignment with constraints
  • Take initiative to spot problems and opportunities to improve product value for customers and users.
  • Explain your thinking and design decisions so that stakeholders and colleagues outside the product organisation understand the nexus to the mission, solving problems for customers and users, and commercial goals.
  • Be receptive to and incorporate feedback
  • Manage multiple workstreams across 2 core products (OptiRad and ReportRad) toward the goal of a unified platform

Table stakes, You have… 

  • Has 5+ years professional experience in product design
  • Has an impressive portfolio that demonstrates end-to-end product design skills
  • Portfolio includes experience with complex B2B workflows and/or data analytics, data visualisation
  • Ability to understand complex issues quickly, but convey them in ways that are intuitive and engaging
  • Ability to toggle between the details and the big picture
  • UX Design experience, and user and UX research (both data and qualitative), and core related skills including user journeys, wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, user testing, usability tests etc.
  • UI Design, including interaction design, high-fidelity prototypes, designing for accessibility, as well as visual design responsibilities like maintaining design libraries and systems
  • Core design tools (Sketch, Figma)
  • Experience designing B2B SaaS products in start-ups and scale-ups

Nice to haves.  You might have… 

  • Leveraged responsive design for mobile experiences, and native mobile product experience is a plus
  • Experience designing products using bootstrap as a framework
  • Familiarity with data analytic platforms such as PowerBI, Metabase, Looker, BigQuery etc.
  • Experience at a Health Tech or Med Tech start-up or scale-up
  • Been a part of a mature product organisation at a scale-up
  • Sound technical foundations
