As a Senior Product Manager at Hexarad, you will act as a leader and drive success for the products covered by your product tribe.

As a Senior Product Manager, reporting to the Head of Product, you will shape and deliver product experiences that solve problems in way that delights our users and customers, and advance our mission. This is a full-time role.
Day to day you might….
For your product areas and tribe
- Align the product strategy for your area with the overall product vision, business goals and company mission.
- Set and execute strategies to grow audiences, types of audiences and engagement.
- Set and leverage KPIs to enable the product tribe to know what success looks like and to spot when things are not going to plan
- Steer cross-functional collaboration across engineering, data science and design.
- Collaborate with engineering on technically complex areas
Collaborate with peers in other product tribes to accelerate growth, revenue and cross-platform upsells - Collaborate with stakeholders (e.g., sales, marketing, ops, finance) while communicating and managing expectations
- Ensure your product tribe executes against objectives at a pace that demonstrably delivers both short term and long term value.
- Drive product roadmap delivery, track progress and continuously refine priorities, work and scope based on discovery.
- Enforce the discipline of keeping the focus on the problems that are being solved as an underlying basis for shaping product decisions, prioritisation, resource allocation and measuring value.
- Ensure data-driven thinking, while also keeping in view how other forms of discovery can shape decisions.
- Take initiative to spot problems and opportunities to improve product value for customers and users.
- Collaborate on best practices with colleagues in other product tribes in order to support quality performance and excellence across the product function
- Model excellence in product management and delivering against the core mission in alignment with company values.
Table stakes, You have
- 5+ years in product manager roles with solid foundations in agile, lean, user-centric thinking, user research and discovery, data analysis, and UX-focused design.
- 5+ years in high-performance SaaS B2B workflow and/or analytics products.
- Experience steering a multi-functional product tribe
- Evidence-based experience in growing product value
- You also have the ability to
- collaborate and align with multiple product lines, products and product tribes
- set priorities and align all tribe behaviours accordingly
- be intellectually honest about what’s working and not working, and make adjustments or pivots in a timely manner based on reasonable hypotheses
- toggle between the big picture and the details, the analytical and creative
- understand complexities, but communicate those complexities in a simple manner
- triage and adapt flexibly in the face of the unexpected, and to keep focus on priorities
- adeptly navigate complex technical and data issues
- separate AI-buzz and flash from AI applications that offer step-change value creation
- deliver well organised and effective written and oral communication
- explain your thinking and decisions so that stakeholders and colleagues outside the product organisation understand the nexus to the mission, solving problems for customers and users, and commercial goals.
- navigate compliance and regulatory risk
- influence outside of direct line management
- be receptive to and incorporate feedback
- be flexible in tooling and ways of working, prioritising effective outcomes
Nice to have: experienced grounded in the hard skills of UX design, prototyping, user research and data analysis.
