Product Manager

The Role

Hoxton Wealth is a leading wealth management firm, offering innovative solutions to international investors and expatriates worldwide. At Hoxton Wealth, we understand that financial management can be complex and overwhelming. Our mission is to demystify wealth management, making it accessible and manageable for everyone. We are seeking a dynamic Product Manager with experience in B2C environments and a product-led growth (PLG) mindset to enhance the Hoxton App platform.

You will play a critical role in driving product strategy, increasing user engagement, and contributing to the long-term growth of Hoxton Wealth.

In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including management, marketing, engineering, and operations, to deliver a best-in-class app experience that optimizes user acquisition and retention. The team is small, scrappy, and constantly evolving. You will have the autonomy to manage impactful projects and will be a key player in shaping the future of Hoxton Wealth, all while receiving guidance from some of the industrys top leaders.

Responsibilities

Define and execute product strategies that align with company goals and drive product growth.
Own the product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on user needs, market trends, and business objectives.
Identify opportunities to optimize user onboarding, increase engagement, and reduce churn.
Advocate for the user at every stage of the product development process, ensuring a customer-centric approach to all product initiatives.
Collaborate with a diverse cross-functional team, including software engineers, solutions architects, QA specialists, and designers, to bring product visions to life.
Articulate and champion the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, guiding product development from inception to launch.
Requirements

3+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on B2C products.
Proven experience in driving product-led growth strategies and achieving measurable results.
Proven ability to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including product, user experience, design, marketing, and leadership, to drive product roadmaps, strategy, and execution.
Strong analytical skills with an eye for actionable, data-driven insights to shape product strategy.
Demonstrated experience in user research, customer journey mapping, and creating user personas.
Knowledge of UX/UI principles and experience working with design teams.
Familiarity with tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar product analytics platforms.
