Senior Product Manager & Integration Specialist for Hubflo
🔎 Overview:
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead product roadmap execution, integrations, API maintenance, and client implementation support for Hubflo.com. You will oversee the development of native and custom integrations, manage technical partners, support customer implementation efforts, and ensure API reliability and scalability.
This role requires strong expertise in SaaS product management, API-driven integrations, and cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and external partners.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:
1️⃣ Product Roadmap & Execution
• Manage and prioritize the product roadmap, ensuring seamless execution and delivery.
• Oversee UX specifications, feature planning, and production releases (mise en prod).
• Work with engineering teams to scope, coordinate, and launch new features and integrations.
2️⃣ Integrations, API Maintenance & Client Implementation
• Lead the development of integrations with third-party tools and SaaS providers.
• Oversee API maintenance, scalability, and documentation to support integrations.
• Manage external and internal tech teams working on custom and native integrations.
• Assist Customer Success & Support teams in resolving integration-related and implementation client issues.
• Provide technical guidance and best practices for customer implementation of integrations.
– Partner & Implementation Network Management : Build and manage a network of integration & implementation partners.

🛠 Requirements:
✔ 5+ years experience in Product Management, SaaS, or API-driven platforms.
✔ Strong expertise in SaaS integrations, API management, and third-party ecosystem development.
✔ Experience managing tech teams and working with external development partners.
✔ Ability to support client implementation teams in solving integration challenges.
✔ Knowledge of API security, performance monitoring, and developer enablement.
✔ Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
