The Opportunity

As a Vice President over our Acute and Ambulatory Revenue Cycle Product Solutions, you will lead a forward-thinking product team who possess a blend of strategic acumen and practical hands-on experience managing products and having oversight of the entire product segment, including budgeting, investment, and alignment with overall business objectives.

You will drive product excellence and innovation by translating market insights into impactful features that address critical industry challenges. Your expertise in product/ tech services firms, combined with an understanding of the US healthcare domain, specifically in RC Acute and Ambulatory lines of business, will be critical in product feature development at IKS.

What will you do?

Strategic Vision: product development, product proliferation/commercialization, product adoption, customer advisory and deployment
Strategic Roadmap Development: Develop and align the product roadmap with the company’s strategic goals.
Feature Development: Lead the end-to-end feature development process, from ideation and requirements gathering to delivery and evaluation, with a focus on Ambulatory and Acute RCM.
Product Commercialization: Lead/Manage annual product revenue targets.
Revenue and Cost Management: Oversee the budget and investment strategy
Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of product initiatives. (off shore and US)
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with core engineering team, customer engineering, data science, customer experience teams, service delivery team
Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends, technologies, and opportunities in the US Health Tech sector.
Prioritization: Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize feature development based on business goals, healthcare industry needs, and client feedback.
Quality Assurance: Ensure features meet the highest quality standards and align with client expectations.
Analytics: Continuously monitor and measure the performance of developed features, gathering insights for continuous improvement.

What you Will Need to Succeed

Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Healthcare Management, or a related field
Minimum of 15 years of experience in product management, with a strong record of developing product solutions in healthcare, specifically acute and ambulatory Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Product, including developing, commercializing GTM strategies
Proven track record in product management, including feature prioritization, and release planning, and deep understanding of product understanding and user groups
Thorough knowledge of product/program development, pricing, implementation, and strategic analysis
Experience with off-shore teams and leadership
